Two piano majors from the Victoria University of Wellington School of Music, Junwei Chen and Shanyi Zhou, have been awarded prestigious scholarships to attend the Semaine Internationale de Piano an advanced piano masterclasses in Blonay, Switzerland, in August 2026. The scholarships recognise their outstanding musical achievement and will support their participation in an intensive international programme, where they will study with leading artists and educators while gaining valuable professional and artistic experience.
